    QUOTE: Breaking News.ie

One of the largest car dealerships in the North has been fined £300 (€442) for selling a car that was six months older than advertised.
Charles Hurst Ltd pleaded guilty to three charges at Belfast Magistrates Court under the Trade Descriptions Act.

Trading Standards said they accepted the error had been accidental, not deliberate.

Last month the same company was fined £2,000 (€2,945) for failing to service a car after a customer marked oil and air filters and saw they had not been replaced.

In relation to the service issue do you think that is widespread here?
