Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi all, my wife was off sick recently and has a sick note to cover. She has been told to get the doctor to sign some form, but as she is away lucky old me has to organise it. Question is, what form am I asking for ? I think it has to do with her getting paid while she was off sick. Thanks in advance and hope this makes sense to someone !

The form is called MC1. The doctor (or their secretary) usually completes the first page and stamps it.

Your wife completes the rest of it and sends it to the address on the form.
