Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,
I have alot of DVDs from the States [I used to live there] and brought them with me to Ireland. Does anyone know where I can get a good Region-free DVD Player [preferably one with a VHS combo] ? Amazon.co.uk for some strange reason won't ship one to ireland.
    Thanks.

Thats cos of the WEEEEEEEEE recycling charges.

Goto http://dvd365.net/hacks/hacklist.htm select your model, and type in the code. I made my new DVD player region free by ejecting the tray, pressing zero four times, and pushing the tray back in.

Yeah, its just like entering a cheat on a playstation game.
I bought a €50 X-brand DVD player and was able to make it region free with a few button pushes.
I currently have a DVD VHS combo and was able to unlock it too.

Get a Philips. Good brand, you an get them very cheap and pretty much every one of them has a remote control code to set the region.
