    On their website when I click into the ROI numbers I get....

    (Calls cost 25 cents). At least 10 cents from each call will be split equally between Crisis, Help the Hospices and Samaritans


    ......which doesn't work. Tried putting 0044 in front too.

    are you trying to ring from a mobile? i think from past experience you have to ring from a landline number

    if you go back into the website where the numbers are shown there is a name and phone number of the service provider

    Dont put 0044 in front. I tried it on my house phone and it works fine, but it didnt work on my mobile.
