    Hi, just a very quick question- do I have to remove the car seat covers before I get my car nct tested?

    In fact .. someone failed their NCT because the Seat's were frayed and they passed when they put on seat covers.

    Once they are not blocking access to seat belts or seat belt recievers then you should be OK.
