Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Nokia 6070 - Good, bad, terrible?

    Hey Guys,
I'm really just wondering, has anybody bought the Nokia 6070 from Vodafone Prepay?

It seems a good offer, but I just want to ask a few questions because I'm buying it for my Dad, and whilst, I'd be excellent at using mobiles, he's a little less able.

The Fm Radio...do you need the headset as an antenna for the radio, and is he radio easy to access from the home screen?

The speakerphone...is it just a one click thing when your in the middle of a call or do you have to start fiddling with buttons to get it to work?

Is the display easy to read? He has also got problems with his sight, and unless he can read everything clearly, the phone is a no-go.

If other people can suggest a cheap phone with all the above features which I named out, I'll be happy to hear them! It's really only because i bought him the Vodafone Simply VS4, and I've been so guilty all year because it's a pile of crap!

    Thanks to all.

YOu need to use the headset as an antenna, this is pretty standard on most phones.
You can set the right hand shortcut key to the radio.
Loudspeaker - usually this is the right hand shortcut key while in a call on Nokias.
The display is basic, the screen isn't as clear as a 6131 or 6230i for example.

Wld find the N6070 screen clearer than my 6230i as the font is a larger size, recently bought one for a less able member of family.
