    hi has anyone got vag.com or any diagnostics check equipment in the waterford area and would be able to check out a 96 a4 tdi for faults ,willing to pay
    main dealer is some rip off...:o

    Ah yes - good old Tom Murphy Car Sales - the first garage in Ireland to get ISO9000 accreditation - how did that happen :confused:

    OP, any decent independent should have diagnosis equipment that can read the fault(s) from your A4.

    Try Martin Barrett. The father gets his A4 looked after in there, never an issue...

    Should be fairly reasonable too

    Try Martin Barrett.

    Skoda dealer. I've never had any problems with them. Given the VAG connection it could be the next best option.
