Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Meteor - VAT on data plans (bill pay)

    Just got my bill today, and Meteor have charged me 15 euro ex-VAT for my data plan, whilst theres a card in the envelope stating its 15 euro inclusive... phoned up and the guy on the phone has to escalate it to his supervisor - who isn't there right now (understandable enough, I've worked in a far bigger telco before and I know that everyone important is gone at 5 on Friday).

    Just might be an idea for anyone else with one of them to take a look at their bill...

    Also just realised they've got data that I did before my plan started as 0.00 on my bill and charged on the website... €3.25 in it - oddly enough thats quite similar to the VAT overcharge!

    Yeah, I've been told the price is 15 ex VAT, they want to see the ad card that says its inclusive (they sent it to me!!) but they're refunding the VAT on it for last month.

    I was sickened when I realised that my unlimited data add-on for Meteor was €30 plus VAT on top of needing to be on Talk 400 minimum. My last meteor bill prior to moving to 3 was €138, my bills with 3 since have been €68 for the same and with HSDPA speeds.
