    I almost injured my spine doing calf raises today. I attempted to do them at 60kg and just felt my spine bent in an awkard angle, I stopped immediately and feel fine now.

    10kg - 4 x 8 reps... this was the first time I tried this exercise, I have read about before and it is recommended for the lower back.
