Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    After running this even for three years or so now, this Monday coming will be the very last one at my gaf. Fellow boardster Tar kicked his girlfriend out to make room for the poker tables :D, so from starting 10 September onwards it will be at his place instead. If you want the address / more information, please post in this thread.

    This is a non-commercial event. Between 5% and 8% of each night's prizepool is taken out and goes towards the 12-week leaderboard. 100% is always paid out to the players. It takes place every Monday night at 9 pm.

    To keep the mods happy: Its a self-deal Texas hold'em two-table freezeout with a 25 euro buyin. Everyone gets 125 BBs and there is a 25 minute clock that increases by 5 minutes after each break. Blind levels are using the 1.5 principle all the way (most of us need to work Tuesday, you know). The rules will be hanging on the wall as always. Tar is TD and has final say. Anything I forgot to meantion?

    So,* I guess this is my last post also. I sold my company and am going to pack. But although the tickets are booked and paid for, I don't know yet where I'm going or when. Its weird how my life throws stuff at me, and now I'm seriously considering not using the tickets. So I may play some more poker yet before I go. In any case, thanks to all boardies for all the help ye gave for improving my game; many thanks! It was fun too but now I have no Internet anymore and such. :eek:

    Well I can't have her there with her clothes and her girlyness dammnit, poker comes first. :)


    The last 12 week league has now come to a close.
    The new one starts on monday in mine, smoke outside, bring lots of money.
    Prizes and trophies for the last league will be awarded in mine on monday.
    (do I award the silver to myself or hire a hot female?)
