Application fee? Are you talking about the grant? If so, some councils/vecs do allow you to apply after the date, but officially they are under no obligations to do so. Ring them ASAP on Monday.

True, I think that sometimes they make acceptions, like Myth said move now! Even if you can't provide all details, there might be some delay with getting details and so on. If this is the case make the application with as much detail as you can give and hand it in straight away!!

The details that you can't immediately provide can be handed in later. Good Luck.
