Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Having some trouble with home network, not getting the speeds I am after.

    Belkin Wireless N Router
    2 x Belkin Wireless N Usb Dongles

    1 PC with Vista Ultimate
1 PC with Vista Home Premium

    Both have Network Discovery on
Both belong to the same workgroup, cunningly named workgroup.
I want to have read write access to the Vista Ultimate PC which acts as a HTPC.
I have shared my User Path "C:\Users\Paul" with the Main-PC and turned off the need for a User ID and password for sharing.
I have mapped the Drive from my Main-PC and can read / write as I would like.
Only thing is the speeds are not as they should be.

This is a typical example of the speed, even though both PC's are connected at more than 200Mbps

Any ideas of how to troubleshoot this please? Networking is not a strong point of mine.

    Tnx,

    Inqui
