Ice Broadband with Newsgroups

Hi, I'm using Newsleecher 3.9 Beta with Newshosting and the MAX download speeds I can get are 150 KB/s. I've tried changing the ports within Newsleecher but with no joy. (Im using Ice 3mb package) Has anyone had similar problems or solutions?? I've put links to my speed tests too:
