    I am in the process of leaving UTV to go to talk talk as I was not happy with UTV. How long should it take to change over to the new company. I signed up 2 weeks ago and from dialling 19800 it seems that I am still with (cable and wireless) UTV.

    Is it possible that UTV won't release the line to talk talk?

    talk about from the frying pan into the fire. Talk Talk are one of the only companies to be systematically censured by ComReg for breaches.

    BTW ensure that you cance your contract with UTV as they will keep billing you even though your wholesale contract has been terminated

    and as talk talk are a reseller it is quite possible they use C&W
