Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

If you ordered broadband from eircom in the past while, they should have given you their Netopia wireless router.

That router you linked should be fine seeing as it's an ADSL router. You'll need to input a few settings first from here to get it working with your connection.

    Thanks for your help.

We've had broadband for about 3 years so we got the old modem before eircom offered wireless.

Peats have a pretty good offer at the moment on Netgears 'N' router modem:

Ideally you need a 'N' card in your laptop to get the full benefit of the 'N' standards but you will still get the benefit of the extended wireless range of the Netgear.
