DragonLance: Where did this Dragon Orb Come from?

I'm looking for the story where Sturm get's the Dragon Orb from the Ice towers/Castle. There are loads of references to it in the Chronicles but I'd like to read the actual story. Anybody know what book it's in?? :confused:

They were created by a blakc robed mage.
There were several of them, it is mentioned in the time of the twins series.

I'm looking for the book that tells the story of how this one was recovered.

The orbs were created by the wizards of all three orders working together.
