Just wondering if anyone here has had any positive experiences with diuretic medications. We have recently been told that a family members life is in jeapordy, as the really high dose she receives of Furosemide is not working, and that there are no alternatives for her to try. Just wondering if anyone here has had any positive experiences with diuretic medications. I would have thought that there must be others out there (this is the only one she was ever on), and I am concerned to hear that she has no way of dealing with this issue,

Any experiences would be welcome.
