GTA III - custom soundtrack on Xbox 360?

Can this actually be done? I've ripped a CD to the 360 and tried using the cd changer option in the audio settings, but not a peep. Am i missing something? Cheers, VR!

I know in San An had custom soundtracks on xb1 and you could activate them through radio, (tape deck) whether this works on 360 emulating it I dont know, could well do, might well not.....

Yeah all of them had the option for custom soundtracks, but i can't get them working through emulation. Just wondering if anyone knew of a workaround that i didn't know.
