Can anyone tell me how far away from East Point Business Park is away from the area circled on this map, is it walkable?

A friend of mine is thinking of moving to this area and she would like t know if it's a viable commute?

Use the journey planner on the site it will tell you how far it is and how long it should take to walk.

it's walkable but is a bit of a trek on a wet morning.

also, living in the sea will be a bit damp.

Its a long walk, but not a bad one.

A push bike will get her to work in about ten minutes from there.

what mairt said. there is a cycle path all the way from where you have circled right up to and into the east point, most of the buildings have cycle parking spaces too.

There's a good cycle lane along that route so buy a bike, it seems to be the best option
