    Hi

Anybody posters doing the BHAA 10 mile race this weekend ?

If anybody ran it last year what did they think of the course. I heard it is 2X5 mile loop, supposedly a bit tough.

Have done this race in the past when after being bused out to Rathcoole you were set free to run the slight downhill course all the way to Ballyfermot. Great craic

Wow, that hill was somethin else, but to do it twice?? I found it tougher the first time, because all I was thinking was having to do it again. The second time, I was just looking forward to the downhill finish.

yeah it was not a course for fast times at all.

I enjoyed it (I must be a sadist) all the same.
