Chicken recipe for party?

Having a 21st in my house this weekend with around 60-80 guests, and my mom's doing the cooking. She's doing a big pot of Beef Stroganoff and another dish...something with chicken...but what? We were thinking of a green curry or chicken with peaches & cream (it's real nice) but anyone got any other suggestions? Can't…

I like the thai green.

You could whip out the Vol au vants, maybe that is a bit predictable though?

Stroganoff is fairly mild (though I do like it), so the thai green with a bit of a kick to it is a good idea.
