instant admin accounting software

    Hi - have been looking for accounting software for a small business. Came accross this .It seems to do everything that i want except for three things.

    doesnt seem to print receipts, which i would need. Was presuming i could just rubber stamp "receipt" onto the invoices and send those out instead.


    doesnt seem to give me a file output to send to the accountant; so i suppose he would have to work with a printout. Would he charge me more for this or would they be used to working from printouts.

    has no section for keeping record of lodgements that i can find. ( which i found a bit odd) I currently have an excel file for that and it would do for the time being if i could streamline it; what is the minimum number of fields that i have to keep track of. i currently have:
    date
    name
    invoice/receipt number
    lodgement number
    ammount sub
    ammount total

    was hoping to ditch the invoice number (for all i know it's vital :confused: )
    if i could cut out any of the others it would be great.

    have a look at this software http://www.k-billing.com/

    i'm using this for the last 2 years, once off payment and complete support from the developer. Does everything you're looking for. receipts, account output, reports. Nice simple package to use. Think the developer is based in australia, but when ever an email is sent a response follows quite swiftly.

    thanks for that - looks pretty good - i will download the trial - i didnt see a section in the online manual for bank lodgements though - how do you keep track of yours
