quinn direct client ref

i was on the quinn direct website and noticed you can sign up as an existing customer and amend details etc online, but you need a client ref to sigh up, i've looked at all my documentaion and i cant find this anywhere, i've tried my policy number but this doesnt work, anyone know where to find this? have emailed quinn but…

CHeck all letters for a reference number - Id be surprised if it wasn't there. Also try customer numbers or policy numbers.
