Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Update on Meteor roaming

    Just got this today
    From 30th August Meteor has reduced roaming rates.

    From August 30th customers will automatically enjoy significantly reduced rates within EU and a number of other destinations (no opt in necessary).

    On top of these great new rates all calls to customer care are free when roaming for all customers (PAYG & Bill Pay) when within The EU and Norway, Lichtenstein, Iceland & Andorra.

    Roaming Calls Costs
    Make a call– 59c per minute (PAYG & Bill Pay)
    Receive a call – 29c (PAYG & Bill Pay)

    Roaming Text Costs
    39c – send a text PAYG
    30c – send a text Bill Pay

    T-Mobile UK/NI Rates
    These rates remain unchanged for all postpay (excl legacy tariffs) and prepay (opted in).

    From end of October, Meteor will send an SMS to customers upon arrival to an EU country detailing the above charges, with the option for customers to opt out of this message if they wish.

    All the operators had to change their roaming rates as a result of new European legislation. Meteor is only doing what it is required to do.

    "3" network is at least 10cent/minute cheaper than meteor and in some countries its same as home costs! and no roaming in UK it costs same to call home from manc as calling there etc lol "3" roaming rocks all the others still ripping us off!

    Not saying its good or bad..Just want to make meteor Customers aware that there has been a change in the roaming tariff..(an improvement none the less).:) ..
