solid flooring ...is this a good deal and questions?

hi, i got a quote from des kelly today for €1850 for french oak solid flooring fitted, 50 ft of skirting fitted, 2 doors planed, and beading. the oak was working out at €60/m2. is this good? also i was going to get get it extended out from the living room to the hall, but we have a aluminium door which is already fairly…

also i was going to get get it extended out from the living room to the hall, but we have a aluminium door which is already fairly flush with the ground, do you think they will be able to manage this as the obviously cant plane it?

it opens in, so i doubt they can work around this?!
