    thats it if you really want it just take a deep breath and do it...after a week mine is fine..the tought of doing it is 100 times worse that actually going out and doing it..

    Well I saw a thing online last night on some austrailian website showing how it's done... with photos... and it's convinced me not lo look when it's being done :D lol!!!
