Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I'm in two minds in adding another gig of memory to run Vista, I think its running pretty ok on the 1 gig with about 50 percent memory usage, just wondering about others experience, I was also going to try the USB readyboost optioin with a 2gig USB drive, does that make any difference.

    Thanks in advance

For comfortable performance you would want 2gb in my opinion

REadyboost makes a bit of a difference for a 1G machine but not worth while for a 2G machine.

The processor speed also has a big impact on this also.

My friend has a new PC with only 1 Gig ram and running Vista, With nothing running only Vista it's using 61-65% of the ram. 1 Gig is not enough.
