Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

You can't drop your tariff until you've had the contract 6 months and then you have to drop in stages, ie if you're on talk 400 you have to drop to talk 200 for a month and then to talk 100.

And you might have to pay off what you would have paid on your original tariff anyway. That depends on who you ask at 'customer care'. I didn't when i cancelled my contract so if one of them says that it might just be a simple matter of hanging up and calling again. Call them from a different phone and ask anonymously
