what happened to my O2 broadband?

i just got home and tried to use o2 broadband, but it's only GPRS connection. i use this little device everyday at same place, my desk,it was working fine. but i can only use the GPRS speed now. is there problem with o2 network or something wrong with my modem? please help

i beleiv ethere was a problme with louth and meath this afternoon and the 3g network was down. if you are in these counties it could explain the problem. if not call o2 customer care.
