Hi, I'm looking into getting a p.s.v license and was wondering can anyone informed me on if I have to change my british license to an irish one to apply for it?

Ring Dublin City Council motor taxation office and ask. Or Garda Carriage Office in Dublin Castle. They give out the forms, you have to pay €12 fee to DCC.
