Banned word not hidden in title tooltip

This is a FYI. On the homepage I saw a thread with a word starred out. The word is not blanked in the tooltip. Nor is it blanked in the After Hours thread list page. The blanking code may just need to be applied to the tooltip code ('title' attribute I think).
