Yea I would play if I had more people to play with most do play ETQW now(I played the demo didnt like it) playing on your own is really pointless... all the boards.ie peeps should get together and play... just an idea?

Haven't played it in a good few weeks.
Mainly just play the TV2 servers... either Karkand inf only or Dalian Plant.
Must get back into all the other maps... altohught I hate (I mean HATE) Kubra Dam.
Might give it a shot tonight.

I play with a UK clan as at the time there wasn't much in Ireland, we have a guy from NI as well, altought we play nearly everyday we are awaiting COD4, have the beta on X360 and its not bad -

Was playing ET:QW demo last nite, i like it and might get the full game

I only just started playing BF2 ( I have been playing 2142 since jan) and I normally play with the guys from my clan, which is usually on american servers.

ha i'm 37th don't get to play as much as i used to, but still try to get on for a few hours each week. i play most of the time on candys server my clans server. maybe leaving them soon as i don't have time for matches and training. so is there any irish clans going?

Heh I'm 57th. & I stopped playing over a year ago. Loved the game at 1st but now I hate it.

I was a big Desert Combat fan you see, and there's a lot of things about bf2 that began to just ruin the fun for me. Way too noob friendly, no skill.

I still play the mods, mainly Desert Conflict but the mods dont get many players since most people can't live without there stats/ranks/unlocks :mad: Gameplay comes last...


I was hoping ET:QW would be the light at the end of the tunnel but the beta was only meh. I really enjoyed some aspects of it at 1st but I'm not a fan of "frag fest" style inf combat.

Although I'm impressed with the demo, I'll have to play it more. I may buy it.

When I play it I'm usually on the TiG server.

i have started playing again recently, the problem is there are hardly any servers these days. i only ever see about 5, two of which are ranked and one of which has space in it.........which i then get kicked out of because clan players get priority :mad:

You need to get teh latest patch, Even with all my filters on I get at least 600 servers.

So, I knows ye in the non-virtual field from your '60 but what nick do you go by in BF2?

(astoundingly enough, I'm ambro25 - although I've been going by 5T3F lately as well, and spieler-daten.de shows that nick as UK for some reason )

On the user-specific search thing, I'd say search the nick with the top left UI (>> Spielersuche).
The country is a flag displayed next to the nick on the result page and the country rank (Landes Platzierung) is the one just below the EA rank (EA Platzierung).
