3- instead of giving a month's free credit for poor service- they charged me for 2!

    Got my three bill and instead of a credit for the free month- they charged me for the month + then charged another €19.99 for "Adjustment for Other Quality and Service".

    Duh!

    Have emailed, let's see how long this takes...

    Have they taken the DD or just billed you with DD to follow in 14 days time as per IPSO guidelines ????

    This is just the invoice. DD comes out in a couple of weeks. Have emailed 3 to get them to sort it out first, I don't have the time to chase NCA and Comreg. If I don't get satisfaction from 3, I will, but am giving them a chance first.
