    or the Red one?

A red one, different wheels than the one shown. I must admit the grey looks more impressive.

Agreed. They're the ones on the one I saw however, and there was a Classic&Sports (or Sports&Classics I can never remember which) reg on it. Pics would be helpful, I know.

I know the answer to that because I have some old Dukes of Hazzard toy cars knocking about.

It's a Plymouth Fury, circa 1977 (at least Rosco's model is a 1977 Plymouth Fury)

In case you are interested, Boss Hogg drove a 1970 Cadillac De Ville, Bo and Luke a 1969 Dodge Charger and Daisy Duke a 1980 Jeep C-7J.

I saw that red Ferrari that qz posted up their this evening near Dame Street. Not a bad looking yoke for something that probably costs as much as our house!

  • Registered Users Posts: 8,753 ✭✭✭qz

Looks way better in grey imo.

Just making the link between sports and classic and your one :) this was marked as sold recently.

If you are referring to the 000 rg, it is common for dealers to replace the reg plates of cars while they are on the forecourt.

I LOVE the grey 599......................WAAAAaaaaaaaaaayyyyyy cooler than the red, which looks gaudy IMO !

I know one of the guys at Sport & Classic and I slipped up on the opportunity to go and have a closer look at that 599 ! :(

BTW another old Yankee Cop car passed me in Malahide yesterday, not sure what type, but it wasn't that one !

I still think those Bentley GT/GTC's look odd, especially from the front. They seem to be the exact opposite of sleek !

  • Registered Users Posts: 8,753 ✭✭✭qz

The Continental GT only looks nice from the roof from the tail, it just looks so sleek. The GTC completely loses that, roof up or roof down.

Wow what a sweet M5. Love the 4 exhaust into 1 mod he has.
07 Porsche Caymen S and Bentley Continental GT racing up the M1 this morning doing about 150 Kmph

I saw one about three weeks ago outside the Market Bar and was talking to its chauffeur. He wouldn't tell me who it belonged to but said that there are three in Ireland; one belongs to Enya, one to Magnier and the one he was driving is the third.

Well Mansfield the developer has one also so that must have been his.

    It's not a real M5

    "But a minority of Ireland's higher-profile tycoons have . . .

so far, at least . . . ignored the craze. Notable exclusions from the helicopter-owning hordes include stud farm magnate John Magnier, who is not keen on flying, and Treasury Holdings' Johnny Ronan.

Both moguls content themselves instead with owning two of the only three Maybach cars in the country.

Given the starting price tag of 250,000 for the Maybach, that option is, at least, reassuringly expensive."

Your right,I stand corrected, from now on I will stop listening to hearsay:D

No - :p check out the exhausts (or lack thereof) and the clumsy '5' badge beside the M badge.
