*also, the only mercs that should be posted should be AMG's. no CL/SL under a 55 AMG.

Anyone disagree with me here? i think that this is the only way this thread is going to survive

Yeah, makes sense. I also think standard m5 and m3's etc. are a bit pointless. They are a lovely car but they surely they aren't rare enough to take pictures of and post them on the net?

if you go back to when i originally posted you would see that i was looking for a way to get this thread back to the way it used to be, when pictures of rare,exotic cars were posted. i did this because several regular contributors (unlike yourself) were saying that they felt this thread was going nowhere.

all i was trying to do was give everyone an idea of how we can make this thread better than ever. this thread has become a joke over the last couple of months. why are people posting pictures of toyota celicas, ford focus' and skoda octavia's?? yes i know someone mentioned everyones idea of a rare car is different but its just been taken too far.

Yeah, that was a good one although it would seem that a fuzzy picture of a Focus ST or 5-series inspires much more discussion these days.

I agree with TDCs sentiments about the lowering of standards here and have voiced similar myself however I'm now of the belief that if people want and are satisifed with mediocrity then they should not be denied. It certainly makes finding suitable subject matter that much easier....

07 D 32 No pic though! nice touch on a class car much rather it to an M5 even!!
