saw a '98 S8 today (the origional one) in Midleton.
Even in green, it looked savage.

Seems to be a day for them, or else they're just not that rare

A guy has a mock S8 where I work, its an A8 without the pipes, its hard to tell the difference apart from that. Still looks sweet for a '96 (i think) car,

Not even close. Its an a4 DTM edition. Google it. 2 litre turbo 4wd 225bhp.
My mate used to have one

We established that 4 pages ago,i also said i couldn't see the picture when i posted that!

DTM A4 meh,i'd rather an Octavia VRS to be honest.

In Strandhill, Sligo of all places.
rear end was still heavily disguised
sorry, had no camera on me ..

this is the 3rd time now I've seen Porsche prototypes around Sligo

Maybe that was a coat to keep his car warm in the snow - bit like the one you put ona poodle when it's cold:D

i'm sure this is well known to boards already, but Porsche have been using the Sligo Mayo region for bumpy twisty backroad testing for a number of years

Yeah, I got pulled by an R32 in Portadown before.
Almost made me want to join the PSNI Traffic Corp.

Here's a few pics of my mate's new R32, absolutely love them.

P.S. My mate claims he saw an unmarked Evo Garda car on the M50 before with blue flashing lights built into it.
Not sure if this is right, corroboration?

Nope, blue Mk5. I still haven't seen his R32 though. Saw two more again today. a black 06 and a blue 07 with some sort of bike/surf board carrier on the boot.

LP560 spyder hasn't been officially released though, and the one spotted in Cork isn't on Irish plates. Got pics of your friends car?
