Im a huge fan of Audi S and RS models but that TT RS is HORRIBLE!!!! Looks like that crap body kit to make a TT look like an R8...

    Audi you disappoint!!!

    Completely disagree, I love it!

For the performance, the TT-RS is a bit of a bargain really at 83k

0-100km/hr 4,6s and 0-200km/hr 15,9s puts it on par with it's R8 V8 brother (and the new M3 for that matter) in a straight line.

Have to wait to see some handling tests but judging by how well the TTS has done in comparisons it should be pretty good.

And it is only E1,000 a year to tax

And I think the front is more RS6 than R8 :)

Dammit R.O.R, do you know how long I've spent looking through this thread trying to find that picture???

    Git! :D

^ rare sight alright. Apologies for being slight OT, but i notice the Z1 above has beam deflectors on the headlamp lens, the car being LHD only and all, but surely they would have no effect on sloped lens covers, no ?

I spotted a Z1, Z3M and Caterham 7 in convoy on Dame St. a few weeks back, and I'm pretty sure the Z1 was dark green.

Each to their own, but the one I saw was the cabriolet and it did the job.

There's a black Z3M regularly parked in Douglas village Cork. Also I remember a dark green metallic z3 on "ZZ" plates going around Cork in the mid to late 90's. I wonder if it's the same car?

There is a white TTS in the newbridge area that has been confused for a TTRS too many times,i'd imagine you are the latest.

Ah, they look nice with the top down alright.
But well, remember how Clarkson described the Chrysler Crossfire?
The hardtop version looks like... that.

(look at that link at your own risk. It's perfectly safe, you may find is gross though.)

I dont want to take away from the 'idea' of this thread but i thought i knew alot about cars until the recent talk of the Z1 which i had never heard of ( and I being a keen lover of the Z8 )

    A quick google images search...strange looking doors....and...

Wow...the way the doors lower into the bodywork.....i just have to have one.

    What a beauty.
The Z1 featured unusual doors which, instead of opening outward or upward dropped down into the door sills. Only 8,000 examples of the Z1 were produced.
