An E39 M5 is at 1566 EUR/year, which is the highest class after the old rules.

As for the GT-R, I've found mywheels.ie being dead on in regards to the tax. Even if Nissan didn't care, the owner or importer could have done a few things and obviously presented the VRO with a emissions cert, that brought the tax down.

Making sure, the emissions are as low as possible during import makes a lot sense, because your VRT will also be lower then.

dont you mean 1,566e or 2100e tax....
