I saw a silver Tesla Roadster yesterday evening driving down the quays in Dublin. I couldnt get a pic as I was driving at the time, but its much bigger than I thought it would be, slightly bigger than a Lotus Exige.

A 2010-C reg one too and right hand drive too, so possibly a custom order..

    Very cool..

    Here is the linky :D

PrettyBoy I don't know what's name of this street but it is showroom, when i will take photos maybe you will be know :)

Only one Porsche garage around these parts.
It's just off the Belgard Road behind the old Merc Garage.
I think it's part of the Cookstown Industrial Estate?
Not quite sure though, I'll have to go down and check it out.

Is the Porsche garage in Belgard still there? That GT2 is in Tallaght Ford anyway, kind of an odd place to see a rare Porsche like that. I remember that same one was for sale through Richford when they first opened a few years back. Very nice CF mods but I really want to see it on Irish plates!

While we're on the subject here's the new Porsche GT2 RS for those that haven't seen it yet.

Jaysus, I didn't know that garage was gone too?!
Worse than I thought up around there. Although I did see some new cars in one of the buildings a few weeks back, not sure what that was about.

I only passed by Ford yesterday too and I didn't see it... Mad stuff altogether.

    That GT2 RS looks unreal.
Is the GT2 turbo and the GT3 n/a?

That Tesla is owned by a guy who owns a windfarm down in west cork. AFAIK, his was one of the first RHD's produced.

But the GT3 RS is naturally aspirated if I'm not mistaken?

    He's asking is the GT2 a turbo and is the GT3 N/A.

The GT2 is turbo and the the GT3 is not.

Ahh that explains it so, now how the hell did he get from West Cork to Dublin without recharging, thought they only had a range of 200 miles?

Maybe he has a few spare laptop batteries or some UPS units in the back!! :D

Nice car though, I was impressed alright.

Saw a white 10 CL on the way into Limerick between birdhill and dalys cross. looked sweet with privacy windows.

The only thing that wasnt sweet was the driver - absolute nutjob overtaking in the most dangerous places and overtaking several cars at once, even forcing an oncoming driver to stop their car so they wouldnt crash
