    Nice spot with the XJL!
It's pretty big standing beside it. It's at Spirit in Sandyford.

Seen a black 07 BMW. Think it was a 335. No badges but it had the quad exhaust, boot spoiler and shark fin so could have been a discreet M. Being driven by a woman. She left her passanger door only half shut, I flashed her a few times and pointed to it but she thought I wanted to race or something. :p Silly woman. :) I hope it stayed closed all the way home for her or she at least copped it. Weird thing was, there was no passenger. :pac:

    335 has split dual exhaust, m3 has quad. E92 M3 wasn't available in 2007 though. Maybe a retrofit to a 320i!

De-badged M3 it was so. Or a de-badged 335 with an M3 replica exhaust. :pac: Ah defo a retro fit so! The boot spoiler was stuck on, and not a one-piece with the boot.

I was in London over the weekend and saw an e39 5 series which had 530P on the back, instead of the usual 530i or 530d, anybody ever seen that before?

    No it wasn't.

    E46 ended 2006, E92 started 2008.

    You're right of course. :ohttp://www.driver.ie/forum/showthread.php?t=51040
Haven't seen one here before though? Was only available to order from September so it'd have to be a oct/nov reg which seems unlikely?

Twas. There's a white 07 M3 not far from me. He bought it for the missus at xmas 07. She didn't want it so he traded in his Merc for a newer model, gave it to her, and kept the M3 for himself. :pac: Now that's love! :D

Happened with the E92 Coupe aswell. It was released very Late 2006 (Only the 325 and 335 though)

When was the 5 series GT released?

  • Registered Users Posts: 4,194 ✭✭✭MarkN

Was deffo launched in 2007 - nearly bought a 07 black one in Joe Duffy.

  • Registered Users Posts: 4,213 ✭✭✭PrettyBoy

Used to see a dark red '07 E92 around but not in a while. The E92 was available in 2007.

  • Registered Users Posts: 9,660 ✭✭✭Voodoomelon

Yup, a local guy round here has a white 07 M3, one of the first around I would imagine.

    ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Those Skylines really are ugly looking cars, great cars but they just look awful.

    The Supra is lovely though.

I dunno, I kinda like the look of that.

Since when are Supra's and Skylines suitable for this thread? Neither are worth posting.

A few from the this week:

Andy Cole's DBS spotted during Old Trafford tour

    Nice TTS on Molesworth Street

    CL600 on Merrion Square

Also spotted Bentley Continental GTC and a GT and an Arnage (all black) in Clontarf. Saw a very nice 1991-D 911 Turbo identical to this in Clontarf this afternoon porsche911_2.JPG

Well people thanked them so it looks like they are wanted here.

    That DBS is cracking looking.

Probably when its a TTS. Anyway, why is everyone going on about whats suitable and whats not suitable. Its about what i saw today, not "here somes super fantastic car I saw". It helps, but personally, I dont think its essential.

Anyway, back on topic with more pictures! :D

That was the point I was trying to make. Apparently, the Supra and Skyline shouldn't be here because one person doesn't like them.

As you said: 'Anyway, back on topic with more pictures! :D'
