Did it say ///M or ///M5 on the back?

I saw the white BMW 520 near Christ Church tonight, 11-D-520 says it all really. It's the new shape 5 series, no M badges, not sure how it could be mistaken for an E60 M5?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 12,035 ✭✭✭✭-Chris-

I saw the same car tonight, there's definitely an M badge on the back, but it's (obviously) not an M5.

Well, the MSport package is available now, so it can be a F10 520d (as what it is as per Cartell and Mywheels) with the Msport bodykit.

Unfortunatly it's the only 4-pot 5-series. They really should have made even the 2-liter diesels a 6-pot :(

There's also a 11- reg 535d Msport around. Think it's one of BMWs demo cars.

The M5 will look even nicer, when it is launched. I am excited, when they'll finally launch the it and what the power figures will be.

    /M

I saw a Range Rover Sport last night, it was stopped at lights to my right, turning to it's right (so it ended up in front of me). Anyway, there was what looked like lots of steam coming from the front brakes (they were obscured by a sign) so I thought it may have just drove through a large puddle or something, when it drove off, the brake disc(s) was glowing red hot, and the brake lights were staying on. It was going very slowly too, I flashed my lights at them a few times to try to warn them in case they didn't know but it drove off out of sight...

Saw this stunning white GT-R today outside work, what an amazing car with a great sound. I cant believe why someone would drive it around in this weather, the roads are pretty messy! Anyway it was nice to see it.

Also parked up 100 yards down the road is the baby Lambo! Its in the same spot every day!
