    Notice of Annual General Meeting

    Take notice that in accordance with Article 7 of the Company's Memorandum and Articles of Association, the Annual General Meeting of the National Target Shooting Association Ltd. will take place at 10.00 a.m. on Saturday, September 15th 2007 in the Arts Block, University College Dublin, Belfield, Dublin 4. The Room number will be circulated as soon as it is available, in a second follow-up letter, by email, and on the NTSA website, http://www.targetshootingireland.org

    The agenda is as follows:

    1.Minutes of last Annual General Meeting
    2.Matters Arising
    3.Chairman's Report
    4.Accounts
    5.Appointment of Auditors
    6.Airgun Report
    7.Smallbore Rifle Report
    8.Smallbore Pistol Report
    9.Election of Directors and Officers
    10.Scheduling of the 2008 Annual General Meeting
    11.Any Other Business

    Written notices are being prepared at the moment and will be posted by Friday, August 24 along with proxy notices.

    Breaking this out of the This Weekend thread early because of this:
    AGM 2007 Venue Update
    After some logistical problems, the room number for the 2007 NTSA AGM has been finalised. The AGM will be held at 10am on Saturday in Room G108A in the Arts Block, UCD, Belfield.
