Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

device for GPRS * SMS- problem

    Hi folks, maybe somebody can help me,
    We have a remote datalogger / status unit on a site that operates via GPRS, i.e. sends a text and or email at a predefined event e.g. power faili or alarm etc, it also sends a daily log.

    The device worked fine for the first 2 weeks, then it stopped sending the emails.
    It is with o2 network and there was at least GPRS coverage on site, I forgot to cheque the last day I was on site if there is still coverage.
    It can still send the texts, I tried when I was on site and text went OK.
    The device in its error file noted the fact that the email was not sent, so it did try to send it!

    Does anybody know if the o2 parameters have changes since the 1st August? e.g. GPRS APN or username or password? etc, etc

    Any ideas please
