    My apologies for starting this thread and not following through. In the past week, I've suffered a deeply distressing and unexpected family bereavement. It puts to light how insignificant and pointless my OP was in the grand scheme of things. Please excuse me.

    sympathies mate. even though you've said this same thing twice. all the best. and stop looking at this thread, log off for a while and chill out. all pointless when these things happen. look after your family. no more responses. someone lock this thread. the OP is obviously distressed. leave the argument for another day...
