Swimming lessons for swimmer?

Hi I'm looking for swimming lessons for swimmers. The aim is to do a triathlon in the next year. Our cycling and running is fine, if slow but at the moment while strong enough swimmers our techniques will not hold up! Learnt to swim as kids and love the water but are panned out after 100metres...breathing issues being the…

We live very near Crumlin pool and that would be the ideal if their lessons are any good.

I might suggest you ask in the cycling or athletics forum where you would be more likely to encounter other triathleats. It helps to be a strong swimmer for surfing, but its not something to be perfected either for the sport.

Can't reccomend any adult swim lessons out your side of the city, but soemone in swimming may be able to point you in the right direction.
