Banks offering Visa Debit (other than Halifax)?

Anyone hear of any other Irish banks offering Visa debit any time soon? I'm dangerous with credit cards and would like the relative safety of Visa debit, seeing as Irish banks will only offer a crippled version of Maestro that I can't use online :rolleyes:

For the moment I think it's limited to Halifax. I haven't heard of anyone else switching at the moment.
