Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Slow internet after xp reinstall

    I've just reinstalled windows xp - and I'm having some problems with my surfing and download speeds. Browsing general website is sometimes a quite a bit slower, and downloading from programs like Ares is very slow, or it barely works at all.

    I remember I had this problem for ages before, tried loads of things, but eventually downloaded something from microsoft which fixed it instantly. I'm pretty sure the name of it said somehting about "p2p" in it - I think it was from windowsupdate - but I have done a full update and still no better.

    Anyone have any idea what this might have been or how I can fix it?
