Texas Holdem Charity Tournament - Ennis 28th of September

    Hi all,

    First time posting about a tournament so apologies in advance if I do anything wrong

    1. Who is running the event (organisation, society etc.)
    Clare Crusaders

    2. The purpose of the event (charity, commercial etc.)
    Collection money for Clare Crusaders. This is a Cerbral Palsy chairty. http://www.clarecrusaders.com/
    3. Date and Location of event
    September 28th in the Barge Rooms (May Karney's), Ennis.
    4. Registration and Start time of event.

    5. Any prerequisites (member of club, society etc)
    No
    6. How can tickets be purchased & is there a maximum number (in advance, at the door etc.)
    No limit, although if there's more than 200 people there it might be a bit of a squeeze

    7. Type of Tournament (Hold'em/Omaha etc Freezeout/Rebuy etc.)
    Texas Hold'em. Unlimited rebuys for the first hour

    8. Cost of entry and any subsequent rebuys/top-ups etc.
    €20 entry, €10 rebuy and €20 top-up

    9. Cost of registration
    See above

    10. % of entry fee/rebuys/top-up going into Prize fund.
    I believe 80% of the money collected is going into the Prize fund

    11. Any guarenteed prize pool.
    Prize pool is guaranteed at €2000 and and additional funds will be allocated pro rata

    12. If applicable, Number of re-buys allowed and over what time frame/blind levels.
    unlimited re-buys for the first hour at which point the top up will be offered

    13. Starting Chips
    5000

    14. Rebuy and Top-up chip amounts.
    Rebuy is 5000, top up is 20000

    15. Blind levels
    100/200
    200/400
    300/600
    500/1000 (100 chips removed from play)
    1500/3000
    2000/4000 (500 chips removed from play)
    3000/6000
    4000/8000
    5000/10000

    16. Blind timeframes
    20 minute blinds

    17. Places being paid and if any prizes are other than cash (free entry to other tournie, merchandice etc)
    Final table in the money, i.e. top 9 finishers. If entrants allow for it the top 18 will be paid

    18. Are there going to be dealers - and their level of skill
    Self deal until the last 2 tables at which point expierenced dealers will be dealing the cards

    19. Will there be a documented list of rules
    Don't think so, I'll have a look

    20. Is there a tournament director

    21. How are disputes handled - who has final say
    TD has final say on all matters
