proposed new creche hb grounds

hi, there is a new homebase etc going in onthe old HB grounds off Nutgrove Ave, there is also a Jackie Skelly gym and an independent creche, does anyone know how I can find out what creche etc , whos running it etc etc. The DLR County council site does not offer this information thanks
