We are finding them very difficult to deal with and this is 10 weeks into the process after spending over €1000 on curtains.
We were initially told 6-8 weeks but that timeline has shifted and the fitting price also increased.
The "reason" for this increase was that the guy had to come back to measure the drop after he put the pole up. Such rubbish.

Personally I would avoid them and advise anyone who asked me for a review to do the same.

It seems that their prices are the most professional thing about them.
